Circuits

This class is for anyone who is looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Simple Circuits gives you a total body workout. This class can be adapted to any fitness level however, a level of fitness is preferable as this class can be demanding through the types of exercises you will be doing

Pilates

Working on the core powerhouse of the body to significantly improve your muscular strength and endurance.

Abs-tastic

This is all about the abs! If you want to know how to get those abdominals in check then this class is a must! It uses many different training methods to get those abdominals working properly and looking good

Simple & fun dance workout with glow sticks & disco lights to club anthems from 90′s to today’s hits!

Rave Tone

A bodyweight resistance program incorporating legs, bums, tums, basic plyometrics and a little yoga to increase muscle ‘tone’, flexibility, core strength, balance and a range of motion.

Fight is a low impact, non contact, non equipment based combat workout!

Using self defence and repetitive movement, participants build a natural reaction to a dangerous situation whilst getting a great workout!

Full Body Workout (FBW)

You'll target all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried and true classics, from squats and lunges to push ups and more.  

Barre

Workout combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Ballet barres are used as well as moves such as piles and stretches
