Simple & fun dance workout with glow sticks & disco lights to club anthems from 90′s to today’s hits!

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training – Every week will be a challenge and different to the week before.  Bring your energy to this body blast class.

Bootylicious

This class focuses on the glutes and thighs using an activation band for an intense conditioning workout

Abstastic

Using bodyweight and light weights, you will build strength, and tone and define your core within this abs focused class

RaveTone

This bodyweight program incorporates muscle strength endurance, basic plyometrics and a little yoga to increase muscle tone, flexibility, core strength, balance and range of motion

Strong Nation

Stop counting the reps and start training to the beat.  Strong Nation combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Full Bodyworkout

Just what it says on the tin!  A full body workout utilising bodyweight, bands, steps, bars and weights in a fun packed class

Fight

This  is a low impact, non contact, non equipment based combat workout, using self defence and repetitive movements.
