The sections on the importance of facial expressions and mirroring were interesting and the CUDSA technique made a lot of sense too. There are lots of examples and bits of practical advice but if you’re looking for a one stop shop for how to solve behaviour problems then this probably wouldn’t be it.
Rooted in common sense, with yet another reference to the importance of creating a ‘growth mindset’ alongside a sense of humour, it is probably most useful for getting you to reflect and take ownership of the behaviour in your classroom.
