Simple Circuits

This class is for anyone who is looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Simple Circuits gives you a total body workout. This class can be adapted to any fitness level however, a level of fitness is preferable as this class can be demanding through the types of exercises you will be doing.
